Following the acquisition of Skydive Oz in October, and Skydive Port Macquarie earlier this year, 1300SKYDIVE is rebranding to SKYONE, establishing Australia’s largest skydiving network with 11 locations.
About 1300SKYDIVE
Phil Onis took over the Wilton Skydiving Center in the 90s, later known as Sydney Skydivers. Over the last few decades he expanded to 8 other locations including Cairns Skydivers, Airlie Beach Skydivers and Sunshine Coast Skydivers, amongst others. Still an active instructor and pilot, Phil has logged more than 39,000 skydives since 1971, and over 4,000 hours of flight time in planes and helicopters. Phil will continue in his current role as Owner and Managing Director of SKYONE.

Skydive Oz was founded in 2000 by Paul (Poo) Smith, Chief Instructor with 17,000+ skydives and Senior Pilot with more than 11,000 flight hours. Under his management, the dropzone in Moruya became one of the most popular skydiving schools in the country, and an unparalleled coastal location for tandem skydiving. In recent years Skydive Oz expanded to offer skydives over Canberra and in regional NSW. Skydive Oz is now SKYONE Moruya Heads, and Poo will continue as Chief Instructor at this dropzone.
